Halloween isn’t just about candy and costumes, it’s a time to explore transitions, let go of the old, and invite in renewal.
As the harvest season ends and winter begins, we are reminded to honor the natural cycle of change, rest, and renewal.
In aerial yoga, this transition can be embodied with playful, perspective-shifting poses including Hanging Bat, Broomstick Pose, Flying Witch, Monster Lunge, Downward Howling Dog Pose, Ghost Glide, Supported Inverted Vampire. These shapes invite us to release old energy, turn inward, and embrace transformation — all while having a little fun in the hammock.
